AMIC has a proud history of memory IC development.. Starting as a new memory product division within United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), in 1985 the company has gone on to release many industry-first memory ICs.
AMIC's current product portfolio includes a wide range of memory components and application specific solutions including; LPSRAM, FIFO, ZeBL HSSRAM, Pseudo-Static RAM, SDRAM, LPSDRAM, NOR FLASH, SPI, FLASH, MCP Flash SRAM combo, and Mask-ROM products, together with innovative RFID and LED-lighting solutions.
