Ismosys releases details of sub-micron BCD technology
Ismosys has concluded a pan-European rep/stockist agreement with Telefunken Semiconductors (TS),  an acknowledged leader in the development and manufacture of Power Management and high-performance interface ASIC platforms that target Analog and Mixed Signal applications.

TS’s new TS700V state-of-the-art 0.35 μm Bipolar CMOS DMOS (BCD) technology is a major innovation. Ismosys celebrates its recent pan-European rep/stockist agreement with Total Power Solutions®  company Tectrol Inc by releasing details of  a new family high-density / high-efficiency front-end power supply modules specifically designed for demanding Datacom and Storage applications.

The Tectrol TFE-800-48 front-end PSU modules deliver 48 VDC @ 16.67A, with greater than 90% efficiency and feature an I2C digital interface; Universal AC Input with Active PFC; Auxiliary 3.3VSB @ 1.0A; Hot-Swap Capability; Droop or  Single Wire Current Share; Remote on/off; and Remote Sense.
