Ismosys releases details of sub-micron BCD technology
Ismosys has concluded a pan-European rep/stockist agreement with Telefunken Semiconductors (TS),  an acknowledged leader in the development and manufacture of Power Management and high-performance interface ASIC platforms that target Analog and Mixed Signal applications.

TS’s new TS700V state-of-the-art 0.35 μm Bipolar CMOS DMOS (BCD) technology is a major innovation. The TS700V environment (PDK) provides design engineers with the ability to accelerate time to market for highly integrated, low cost, energy efficient solutions for today’s most power sensitive applications.

Ismosys celebrates its recent pan-European rep/stockist agreement with Total Power Solutions®  company Tectrol Inc by releasing details of  a new family high-density / high-efficiency front-end power supply modules specifically designed for demanding Datacom and Storage applications.

The Tectrol TFE-800-48 front-end PSU modules deliver 48 VDC @ 16.67A, with greater than 90% efficiency and feature an I2C digital interface; Universal AC Input with Active PFC; Auxiliary 3.3VSB @ 1.0A; Hot-Swap Capability; Droop or  Single Wire Current Share; Remote on/off; and Remote Sense.
